1. WHERE IS YOUR FACTORY LOCATED?
Our factory is located in Chongwu Town,Fujian,the stone procution center in China.

2. WHAT'S THE AVAILABLE COLORS?
We have a lot of stone colors for selection,both of China stones and imported stones.

3.HOW ABOUT THE DIMENSIONS?
We can make products per your dimensions.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SERVICE?
Yes,we can carve stone per your drawings & pictures with the best craftsmanship.

5. DO YOU PROVIDE DRAWINGS
Yes,we will provide the drawings for confirmation.

6.CAN I SEE HOW THE PRODUCTS TO BE PRODUCED?
Yes,we will keep you posted with production photos and pack the stones after we get your approval 
of the final products. 

7.WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGE?
The stone products are well protected and packed in strong wooden crates with fumigation. 

8.WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
Normally one container will be finished within 21 days after we receive deposit and the approval of drawings. 

9.WHAT IS YOUR PRICE TERMS?
Usually, we quote price of FOB China Port, but we also accept CFR or CIF terms.

10. WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TERMS? 
a). T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)---30% deposit before production, 70% final payment again the copy of B/L by E-mail.
b). Irrevocable L/C at sight (Letter of Credit).
